What devices do you recover from?
We recover data from internal and external hard drives, solid state devices, all types of memory cards, RAID, Multiple Disk Arrays running any operating system including virtual machines.
Can you recover my data?
– The average recovery success rate is high, typically ranging from 90-95%, depending on the type of damage.
– Recovery rates by damage type:
– Software damage, including firmware issues, formatted, or deleted file systems: 99% success rate.
– Mechanical damage, provided there is no media damage on disk platters: 90% success rate.
– Scenarios with lower success rates include:
– Media or physical damage on disk platters.
– Media that has been professionally wiped.
– RAID systems with two or more disks having platter damage.
– Water or fire damage.
Is there a charge for diagnosing your media?
We don’t charge a fee for diagnosing your media.
What will the assessment tell me?
Diagnosing your media helps identify the issue with it and provides an estimate of the percentage of data we expect to recover. We share the results with you both over the phone and via email.
How long will the data recovery process take?
With our standard service, the recovery process takes one day to diagnose the media and an additional one to two days to complete the recovery. For those in urgent need, our critical recovery service can complete the entire job within approximately 24 hours.
How do I verify the data before I pay?
We provide you with a file listing and screenshots to help you verify the recovered files. Additionally, we inform you of the percentage of data recovered in the rare event of a partial recovery.
How will I get my data back?
For data up to 30GB, we will upload it for download. For data over 30GB, we will back it up to an external hard drive and return it via next-day delivery service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or cheques. Keep in mind that cheque payments take one week to clear.
How do I send my media to you?
You can drop off your media in person at any of our locations. Just fill out a booking form at the Regus reception and leave your media there. Alternatively, you can mail your media to us. If you choose to send it by post, make sure to package it carefully, and if using Royal Mail, opt for Special Delivery or Signed For service.
